THE
USP45 Compact Tactical
The
USP45CT incorporates minor modifications to an existing
Commercial Off the Shelf
(COTS) .45 caliber pistol in a compact configuration so
that when suppressed the resulting sound and flash level
will be reduced to tolerable standards when working in
poorly lit and/or enclosed environments. In addition, the
suppressor’s shorter overall length and decreased
weight will enhance the weapon system's ability to be carried
and presented for use by the operator from a tactical holster.
